Refund Policy

Recurring memberships

You may cancel a recurring membership (Initiate, Devotee) at any time from your account or by writing to us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not generally refund partial periods.

Lifetime (Keeper)

The Keeper tier is a one-time lifetime purchase. Because a founding number is permanently assigned at purchase, Keeper is refundable only within 14 days of purchase and only if no member content has been downloaded.

Crypto (Bitcoin) payments

Payments made in cryptocurrency through BTCPay are final and non-refundable. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature, and access to the corresponding membership is granted immediately on confirmation. Please be certain before paying with crypto. The 14-day Keeper window above does not apply to purchases made in cryptocurrency.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation — contact us and we will investigate and refund any verified error promptly.

How to request

Write to contact@oneoauth.com with the email on your account and the approximate date of the charge. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via the processor that handled the charge (CCBill or BTCPay).

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your jurisdiction.
